Speaker: Prof. Tamer Abou-Elsaad MD

Prof. Dr. Tamer Abou-Elsaad is a Professor of Phoniatrics and Head of the Phoniatric Unit, ORL Department, Faculty of Medicine, Mansoura University, Mansoura, Egypt. He is a member of ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association), and an IALP (International Association of Logopedics and Phoniatrics) board member since 1996, as well as an IALP dysphagia committee member.

Prof. Abou-Elsaad presented a talk about the causes, diagnosis and treatment of oro-pharyngeal dysphagia in various different acquired neurological disorders.
